About Us
Paul H. Kamoroff, Esq. is a Special Education Law attorney who has represented hundreds of children with disabilities throughout all aspects of the legal process, including IEPs, dispute resolution sessions, mediations, settlement contracts, Due Process Hearings, Federal Court and Appellate Court proceedings. Mr. Kamoroff received a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University, School of Law where he was a recipient of the Dean's Scholarship. Mr. Kamoroff also has a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, Straus Institute, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, where he was a Dean's Honor List recipient. He is the Managing Partner of Kamoroff & Associates, Attorneys at Law, a law firm dedicated to representing children with disabilities. Mr. Kamoroff has been appointed a Special Master by the Orange County Family Law Court to adjudicate disability law issues. Mr. Kamoroff is also a faculty professor with the National Business Institute, where he teaches Special Education Law to attorneys and educators. Mr. Kamoroff is a member in good standing with the State Bar of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles Bar Association.
Georgina Glaviano Dunne, Esq. is an associate attorney with Kamoroff & Associates and specializes in education law. She represents children with disabilities throughout the legal process, including IEPs, Due Process Hearings and settlement negotiations. Ms. Dunne comes from a successful career of civil litigation experience in federal and state court representing both the plaintiff and defendant in legal areas such as employment law, personal injury, contract and professional liability where she served in the capacity of both second chair and lead counsel. Ms. Dunne received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law where she was awarded a public interest law grant and served as an alternate oralist for the Moot Court Intramural Competition. Ms. Dunne received her M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and her B.A. in Theology from Loyola Marymount University where she served as President of the Theological Society. Ms. Dunne is a member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
Jeffrey A. Gottlieb, Esq. is an associate attorney with Kamoroff & Associates where he practices special education law. Mr. Gottlieb represents children with disabilities throughout the entire legal process, including IEPS, Due Process Hearings, settlement negotiations and mediations. As an attorney, Mr. Gottlieb has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in employment, business and real estate related matters. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor from Glendale University, College of Law, Mr. Gottlieb had a successful career in finance working at such places as Cedars Sinai Medical Center and Blue Shield of California. Mr. Gottlieb received his M.S. in Management and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. He is also a Certified Management Accountant. Mr. Gottlieb has also served on the Irvine Chamber of Commerce, the Orange County Chapter of the American Heart Association and worked as an attorney volunteer for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, Domestic Violence Clinic. Mr. Gottlieb is a member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
OF COUNSEL Christopher J. McCann, Esq.: Mr. McCann is a member of the California Bar Association, Los Angeles, County Bar Association, Southeast Los Angeles Bar Association and the Criminal Courts Bar Association. In addition, he has been admitted to practice in the United Stations District Court, for the Central District of California. Mr. McCann obtained his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. Mr. McCann also received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law. Prior to that, Mr. McCann received his Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Mr. McCann has made several thousand court appearances in federal, state and juvenile courts throughout southern California. In addition to handling all aspects of special education issues, he has additional experience in the field of criminal defense of juvenile delinquents. Mr. McCann believes in vigorously representing his client's rights through zealous advocacy, as well as working collaboratively with opposing parties and judges to negotiate the best disposition for a clients legal issues. Mr. McCann believes in pursuing a client's interests by taking into account all facts and circumstances of their and their children's lives and working toward an integrative solution that best suits their needs.
