Kamoroff & Associates is pleased to announce that Paul Kamoroff, Esq.

Paul H. Kamoroff, Esq.
is the Principal attorney of Kamoroff & Associates, where he has successfully
represented hundreds of clients throughout Special Education, Administrative,
Contract, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Wills, and Trusts legal matters.
Mr.
Kamoroff received a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University, School of Law,
where he was a Dean's Scholarship recipient, a Certificate in Dispute Resolution
from the Straus Institute, Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Arts in
Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, where he was a
Dean's Honor List recipient.
In
addition, Mr. Kamoroff
has been appointed as a Special Master by the Orange County Family Law Court to
adjudicate education and disability law issues. He has
also taught Special Education Law to attorneys and
educators as a Professor with the National
Business Institute.
Mr.
Kamoroff has directly represented countless clients throughout Individualized
Education Programs (IEPs), Dispute Resolution Meetings, Mediations,
Settlement Negotiations, Contracts, Administrative Due Process Hearings,
State Court, Federal Court and Ninth Circuit Court trials and proceedings.
Mr.
Kamoroff formerly worked as the Senior Associate Attorney for Roberts & Adams,
as a Deputy for Senator Tom Hayden, and as an Executive Branch Manager for
Transamerica Financial Services, along with volunteering as a Law Clerk for the
Union Mission Legal Aid Clinic.
Mr. Kamoroff is in
Good Standing with the State Bar of California, the United States Court of
Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court, Central District, Southern District
and Northern District, California, the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles Bar
Association. He is a
Strathmore's “Who's Who Honor”, Recipient and a 2009 and 2010 Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine, “Rising Star”
Recipient. Mr. Kamoroff is also a
licensed California Real Estate Broker (Lic. #
01848284), and the author of The Autism & Special Education Law
Coloring Book, a 125 page legal
guide to fundamental Special Education law concerns such as eligibility,
assessments, services and related legal actions.
Delia Park, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at
Kamoroff & Associates, where she practices civil litigation and Special
Education law.
Mrs. Park received a
Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt
Hall) in 2001. During law school, she received the American Jurisprudence Award,
the Prosser Prize and High Honors in several classes while serving as an
Executive Editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and an Associate Editor
for the Ecology Law Quarterly. Also during law school, Mrs. Park taught classes
at Oakland Technical High School and Berkeley High School.
Prior to law school,
Mrs. Park was a special education teacher, including directly teaching autistic
children for several years. She was also a Coordinator for the Summer Legal
Fellowship Program and was an active participant in the Youth & Education Law
Society, while volunteering as a Consent Decree Monitor in the San Francisco
Unified School District.
Prior to joining
Kamoroff & Associates, Mrs. Park was a Patent Litigation Associate with Howrey,
LLP, where she worked on complex civil litigation matters and specialized in
Intellectual Property law. During her time at Howrey, Ms. Park participated in
a large scale pro bono case on a legal team that successfully represented
disabled residents of Laguna Honda Hospital and the Independent Living Resource
Center of San Francisco in the large class action lawsuit against San Francisco
and various State agencies for violations of ADA and other federal and state
disability laws. Once her own son was diagnosed with special needs, Mrs. Park
shifted her practice focus to Special Education law. Mrs. Park has represented
clients in many IEPs, mediations and due process hearings.
Mrs. Park is an
active member in Good Standing of the California Bar, the Orange County Bar
Association, and the American Bar Association.
Daniel Ngai, JD, is a Law Clerk at Kamoroff & Associates, where he
handles civil litigation, Special Education, and Special Needs Trust cases.
Mr.
Ngai graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the
Law in 2009 where he received his Juris Doctorate and
Certificate of Concentration in Civil Litigation. During
law school, he served as Staff Editor for Hastings Business Law
Journal and received the Witkin and CALI Awards for highest grade in
Civil Procedure. Additionally, Mr. Ngai worked as a law
clerk at Brown and Toland Medical Group as summer replacement for corporate
counsel, working directly with the Executive Vice President and General
Counsel on intellectual property, licensing, and corporate compliance
matters.
Prior
to law school, Mr. Ngai was a Litigation Paralegal at Knobbe, Martens, Olson
& Bear, LLP, where he supported several high-profile patent litigation
cases.
Mr.
Ngai also holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology and Social
Behavior, as well as a Paralegal Certificate, from the University of
California, at Irvine.
